Manchester city has presented a coup in women’s football by signing the American Carli Lloyd.which is two-timed world player of the year, on a short-term deal from Houston Dash.

The 34-year-old Carli is a World Cup winner and double Olympic gold medalist in the world.

Now she joins Nick Cushing’s Women’s Super League champions and will stay until the end of the Spring Series and she is also playing in the Football association Women’s Cup and the one famous league Women’s Champions League campaign.

In this year The women’s Super League continues in the end of May, but Champions League final is held on 1 June.

Manchester City has advanced to the quarter-final of the tournament. Once the Spring Series has concluded and Manchester City has finished with the Champions League then Lloyd will return to Houston.
